Tinker Bell and Peter Pan Fly to Neverland, 2009, Thomas Kinkade

This is the third piece in Thomas Kinkade Disney Dreams Collection, and also is his most exciting work. He spent over 300 hours in painting the original canvas.

Look carefully at this painting: Thomas Kinkade's first two Disney Dreams releases - Snow White and Pinocchio can be seen at the base of the London Bridge holding hands. The cloud formations and you will clearly see Captain Hook, his first mate Smee, the crocodile the Indian Chief, the pirate ship, and the lost boys. In the city of London You'll find a balloon vendor selling balloons in the shape of Mickey Mouse ears. You'll also find Nana the dog hovering in the sky from Tinkerbell's Pixie dust.

Thom has incorporated many hidden Mickeys in Tinker Bell and Peter Pan Fly to Neverland, including a Mickey balloon seller in the city. Thom has placed a total of 25 N’s in Tinker Bell and Peter Pan Fly to Neverland as tribute to his love for his wife Nanette, as well as in celebration for his 25 years as a published artist. Look into Neverland and you'll clearly see the Indian reservation along with the mermaid lagoon, Skull Island and Captain Hook's ship featuring Smee and the famous captain are also at bay.

Each of Thomas Kinkade Disney Collection has its own interesting story. Let's appreciate them one by one in the future.
